			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>PRAJITURA CU LAMAIE</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente: 6 oua, 200 g zahar tos, 150 g faina, 150 g unt, coaja si zeama de la o lamaie, un varf de lingurita sare, 50 g  nuci tocate cu cutitul, un plic cu zahar vanilat.</strong></p>
<p>Se tapeteaza o tava mijlocie (23/33cm) cu margarina solida si faina.<br />
Albusurile se bat spuma, se adauga zaharul tos si 2 linguri cu zeama de lamaie si se bat in continuare, pana cand se intaresc din nou, ca o zapada. Dupa aceea, se pun galbenusurile si untul topit, dar rece, se bat de 4-5 ori, se adauga faina si se amesteca, usor, cu telul, prin rasturnare, de 9 &#8211; 10 ori, ca sa se incorporeze faina, dar nu prea mult, ca sa nu se piarda aerul din albus.</p>
<p>Compozitia  se desarta in lungul tavii (se curata repede de pe vas cu lopatica din plastic), se niveleaza si se presara cu nucile taiate in felii groase si tocate putin cu cutitul.<br />
Tava se introduce in cuptorul bine incalzit, la foc mijlociu, unde se lasa cca 30minute.<br />
Nu se deschide cuptorul 20 minute; apoi, tava se poate intoarce in cuptor, daca aceasta nu coace uniform sau se mai reduce focul, daca prajitura se rumeneste prea tare.<br />
Prajitura se lasa in tava sa se raceasca, se pudreaza cu zahar si se taie in patrate, romburi sau semilune, cu forma din tabla subtire (cu care se taie gogosile).</p>
