<p><strong>Blatul: 350 ml ulei, 250 ml apa minerala, 1 kg faina, 1 plic bicarbonat, sare.<br />
Umplutura: 2 kg de fructe (cirese, visine, caise, etc.), 250 g zahar, 3 linguri cu gris, scortisoara.</strong></p>
<p>Amestecati 1 cana de ulei, cu apa, sarea si bicarbonatul stins, apoi adaugati faina pana obtineti o coca pe care sa o puteti intinde. Amestecati apoi cu o lingura, o jumatate de cana de ulei cu faina, pana se obtine o crema de consistenta unei smantane groase. Impartiti coca in doua, intindeti cu facaletul prima jumatate, si ungeti-o cu jumatate din crema. Rulati coca unsa si cand obtineti un sul, rasuciti-l in spirala. Procedati la fel si cu cealalta jumatate de coca, dupa care lasati-le la rece.</p>
<p>Fructele se pregatesc in functie de felul lor, apoi se amesteca cu zaharul si mirodeniile (fructele care au mult suc nu se storc de zeama ci se presara grisul peste ele). Ungeti tava cu ulei si tapetati-o cu pesmet, sau puneti in tava hartie pentru copt, luati prima bucata de coca (fara sa o desfaceti), si intindeti-o in forma tavii pe care o folositi, puneti deasupra umplutura, apoi acoperiti cu cealalta jumatate de coca.</p>
<p>Se coace la foc potrivit pana cand se coloreaza deasupra. Se taie calda si se pudreaza cu zahar uniform.</p>
