<p><strong>Ingrediente: 1 lingura faina, 1 lingurita scortisoara macinata, 2/3 cani zahar, 1 lingurita coaja de lamaie, 1 cana (120 g) migdale macinate, 2 albusuri, 1/4 cana pudra de cacao.</strong></p>
<p>Se bat albusurile spuma si se adauga jumatate din zahar, pana cand zaharul se dizolva si amestecul se ingrosa.<br />
In alt castron se pun ingredientele uscate si anume: faina, amidonul, restul de zahar, scortisoara, lamaia si migdale.<br />
Albusurile batute se amesteca cu ingredientele uscate, pana cand devin un aluat moale.<br />
Se ia o lingura de amestec si se modeleaza sub forma de bila, toate bilele modelate se pun pe o tava cu hartie de copt, se lasa un pic de loc intre ele si se da de o parte timp de 1 ora, fara a se acoperi, apoi se presara peste ele cacaua pudra.</p>
<p>Se coc la 180 grade timp de 15 &#8211; 20 min.</p>
