<p><strong>Ingrediente: 1 kg dovleac, curatat de coaja si seminte si apoi cantarit, 100 g unt, 50 &#8211; 100 g zahar, vanilie. Foile se coc separat.</strong></p>
<p>Dovleacul se rade prin razatoarea cu gauri mari, intr-o cratita de 2,5 l apoi se adauga zaharul si untul si se lasa acoperit, la foc mic (pe un disc de metal), amestecand din cand in cand. Cratita se poate introduce in cuptor, acoperita, amestecand si aici, din cand in cand, ca dovleacul sa nu se prinda de cratita. Va fi gata in circa 30 &#8211; 40 de minute (si zeama va scadea). Apa nu se pune deloc. Cand se ia de pe foc, se amesteca cu zaharul vanilat (1 plic). Dupa ce s-a tinut la rece, se intinde umplutura uniform pe o foaie coapta, se niveleaza cu, cutitul (grosimea 2 &#8211; 3 cm) si, apoi se aseaza foaia a doua peste ea. Se pudreaza cu zahar si se taie in patrate.</p>
