<p><strong>Ingrediente: 4 oua, 1/2 pachet praf copt, 1 pachet margarina (200g), 1/2 kg zahar, 1/2 cana lapte, 6 linguri cacao, coaja lamaie/portocala, zahar vanilat, esenta rom/vanilie, etc.</strong></p>

<p>Pentru compozitie se pun la fiert pana dau 2 clocote urmatoarele ingrediente: 1 pachet margarina (200 g), 1/2 kg zahar, 1/2 cana lapte, 6 linguri cacao.<br />
Pentru glazura se iau din aceasta compozitie 15 linguri si se pun deoparte, iar restul compozitiei se foloseste pentru blat.<br />
Peste restul compozitiei se adauga, dupa ce se raceste, 13 linguri faina (12 rase si a 13-a cu varf), 4 galbenusuri si 4 albusuri spuma, 1/2 praf de copt (stins cu zeama de lamaie/otet/apa minerala/sifon).</p>
<p>Aceasta compozitie se pune intr-o tava unsa cu ulei/margarina si tapetata cu faina si se coace circa 20 de minute (foc mediu).<br />
Dupa ce se scoate din cuptor se toarna deasupra cele 15 linguri de glazura si alte elemente decorative: nuci, visine etc.<br />
Se taie a doua zi, dupa ce s-a racit, ca sa nu se incruzeasca.</p>
