<p><strong>Ingrediente: 1/2 l lapte, 30 g zahar, 30 g gris, coaja de lamaie sau zahar vanilat.</strong></p>
<p>Intr-o craticioara de 1 l se pune laptele, impreuna cu zaharul vanilat (1/2 lingurita) sau putina coaja rasa de lamaie. Cratita se aseaza pe foc mic (dar nu direct pe flacara, caci laptele se afuma repede) si, cand laptele da in clocot, se adauga grisul in forma de ploaie, amestecand intr-una, ca sa nu se formeze cocoloase; se lasa sa fiarba 9 &#8211; 10 minute. Grisul este moale, dar daca se raceste putin, se va ingrosa. Daca se pun 40 g gris, compozitia va fi mai consistenta.</p>
<p>Grisul se toarna cald in farfurioare de compot sau in cupe de sticla si se serveste cald sau rece, cu sirop de zmeura, dulceata, gemuri, jeleuri, sirop de zahar ars, sau simplu, presarat cu zahar si vanilie sau scortisoara. Siropul, dulceata sau gemul se adauga numai la servire, altfel acestea se vor dilua la caldura grisului si vor colora dezagreabil preparatul.</p>
