			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>CUIB DE CIOARA</strong></p>
<p><strong>Auatul: 575 g faina, 30 g drojdie, 30 g zahar, esenta de rom, 50 ml ulei, 5 galbenusuri de ou, 200 ml lapte, 100 ml apa, 1 jumate lingurita sare, coaja de la o lama</strong>ie.<br />
<strong>Crema: 200 g unt, 100 g zahar (daca doriti se poate folosi dupa gust nuca, cocos, scortisoara).<br />
Siropul: 125 ml lapte, 150 g zahar, vanilie.</strong></p>
<p>Se framanta un aluat cu toate ingredientele (daca e prea moale mai  adaugati un pumn de faina) si lasati la dospit.</p>
<p>Dupa ce a crescut il impartiti in 4 parti si din fiecare parte faceti  o foaie pe care o ungeti cu crema obtinuta prin amestecul untului cu  zahar (aveti grija sa va ajunga crema pentru toate foile).</p>
<p>Daca doriti presarati cu nuca, cocos sau scortisoara. Faceti o rulata  din care taiati bucatele de circa 4 cm, pe care le puneti in tava una  langa alta, lasati sa mai dospeasca cca 30 minute dupa care dati la  copt, 180 grade; dupa cca 20 minute le scoateti si le ungeti cu siropul  obtinut prin fierberea laptelui cu zaharul si vanilia, dupa care dati  din nou la copt.</p>
