			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>PLACINTA CU BRANZA</strong></p>
<p><strong>Blatul: 2 oua, 10 linguri de ulei, 10 linguri de lapte, faina cat cuprinde.<br />
Umplutura: 10 oua, 120 g branza dulce, 150 g stafide, 250 g zahar, 1 esenta rom, 2 pliculete de zahar vanilat.</strong></p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele, iar aluatul care s-a format se imparte in doua parti egale. Pe tava unsa si tapetata cu faina se asaza primul strat de aluat peste care se toarna umplutura. Se asaza apoi al doilea strat de aluat care se unge cu un amestec de ou si smantana.</p>
<p>Se coace la foc moderat timp de 70 &#8211; 75 de minute.</p>

<p><strong>Aluatul: 300 g faina, 300 g unt sau margarina, 25 g drojdie de bere, 10 &#8211; 12 lingurite zahar, 1 lingura smantina, 3 galbenusuri de ou, 1 cescuta de lapte, 1 virf cutit de sare.</strong><br />
<strong>Umplutura: 1,5 kg de mere, 6 linguri de zahar, coaja rasa de lamaie, scortisoara.</strong></p>
<p>Se dizolva drojdia in lapte caldut, apoi se prepara aluatul prin framantare  amestecind totul intr-un vas. Se framinta un sfert de ora dupa care se  lasa la dospit jumatate de ora. Se curata merele, se rad pe  partea mare a razatoarei, se amesteca cu zaharul si se calesc la un foc  mic pina ce scade zeama lasata de mere.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu scortisoara si coaja de lamaie si se lasa sa se  raceasca. Se imparte coca in doua parti egale si se intind doua foi uniforme. Se  unge tava cu unt sau margarina, se presara cu faina si se asaza o foaie de aluat;  peste aceasta merele, iar deasupra cealalta foaie.</p>
<p>Se coace la foc potrivit 30 &#8211; 35 minute. Se taie calda si se presara  pe deasupra cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente: 1 kg dovleac, curatat de coaja si seminte si apoi cantarit, 100 g unt, 50 &#8211; 100 g zahar, vanilie. Foile se coc separat.</strong></p>
<p>Dovleacul se rade prin razatoarea cu gauri mari, intr-o cratita de 2,5 l apoi se adauga zaharul si untul si se lasa acoperit, la foc mic (pe un disc de metal), amestecand din cand in cand. Cratita se poate introduce in cuptor, acoperita, amestecand si aici, din cand in cand, ca dovleacul sa nu se prinda de cratita. Va fi gata in circa 30 &#8211; 40 de minute (si zeama va scadea). Apa nu se pune deloc. Cand se ia de pe foc, se amesteca cu zaharul vanilat (1 plic). Dupa ce s-a tinut la rece, se intinde umplutura uniform pe o foaie coapta, se niveleaza cu, cutitul (grosimea 2 &#8211; 3 cm) si, apoi se aseaza foaia a doua peste ea. Se pudreaza cu zahar si se taie in patrate.</p>
