<p><strong>Ingrediente: 5 kg prune, 1 kg zahar, 3 l apa, 2 cuisoare, o lingurita rasa de scortisoara.</strong></p>
<p>Zaharul, apa si mirodeniile nemacinate se pun intr-o oala de 6 &#8211; 8 l. Cand siropul clocoteste, se adauga circa 1/4 din prunele spalate si curatate de codite, se amesteca cu lingura in sirop, ca sa se infierbante toate un minut, apoi fara sa clocoteasca, se scot cu strecuratoarea si se pun intr-o cratita; cand siropul clocoteste din nou, se pun alte prune la fel, pana cand se termina toata cantitatea. Prunele se aseaza nepresate in borcane, lasand un spatiu liber de 2 &#8211; 3 cm pana la gura acestora. Siropul se lasa sa se mai raceasca, apoi se toarna uniform peste ele, pana la acelasi nivel. Borcanele se leaga si se sterilizeaza in apa. Daca se lucreaza corect la legat si sterilizat, nu este nevoie de nici un conservant.</p>
