<p><strong>Ingrediente: 150 g zahar, 100 g frisca nebatuta, 200 g nuci macinate, 200 g serbet de cacao pentru glasat.</strong></p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie smaltuita se caramelizeaza zaharul. cand apare putina spuma deasupra, se ia tigaia de pe foc. Dupa ce s-a racit putin, sa adauga frisca nebatuta si se amesteca in continuare, la foc mic, pana cand se omogenizeaza (daca se pune frisca sau laptele in caramelul fierbinte, acestea se &#8220;branzesc&#8221;), apoi se pun nucile si se amesteca pana cand se incorporeaza bine. tigaia se ia de pe foc si cat compozitia este calduta, se modeleaza intre palme un sul de 2 cm grosime, care apoi se aseaza pe un platou.</p>
<p>Bomboanele se lasa sa se intareasca 2 &#8211; 3 ore, apoi se glaseaza cu serbet de cacao si se pastreaza la frigider in cutie, in straturi suprapuse, cu celofan sau pergament intre ele.</p>
